To allow the Native Americans located on reservations to cull the Bison herds of Yellow Stone National Park

For several years now the Federal Government has been shipping Bison that wander out of Yellow Stone national park into Montana to slaughter. Park officials have determined that 600 to 800 Bison need to be culled each year to reduce the size of the herd so they don't damage their environment.
Instead of sending them to slaughter houses or giving the animals to private ranches. Consider allowing the Native Americans living on reservations to hunt the Bison as they once did. They can utilize the meat from these hunts while providing resources that will provide much needed income and cultural heritage.
The human value obtained by allowing the Native Americans this living legacy would far exceed any monetary value otherwise placed on these Bison. Providing food,jobs and economic diversity.
