As Native Americans on Federal Reservations throughout the United States still use plants as Medicine on a daily basis, we respectfully request in the States where Medical Marijauna has been voted on and passed through popular vote, that the Federally Registered Natives who reside on the Federal Reservations in those States and Qualify under that particular States Medical Marijauna requirements, be allowed the right to choose Medical Marijauna as an alternative treatment.
