Recently, new drivers have been restricted to driving only themselves, immediate family(brother/sister), and people over 25 who have a valid license. This should be revoked for it has many negative implications. With more cars on the road since teens cannot carpool there will be more pollution and CO2 emissions. Some teens will miss out on opportunities because they cannot have a friend drive them. Please Obama, do something about this.
