Allow New Jersey residents to carry concealed fire arms as it is all United States citizens Second amendment right.

Created by J.C. on November 14, 2015

New Jersey law states that residents must have a "justifiable need" to carry a concelead weapon. New Jersey is a "may issue" state with the discretion of authorities. The American people have should not have a "good cause" in order to obtain a concelead carry permit. The founding fathers clearly stated that all Americans shall have the right to bear arms. Grant New Jersey residents that right by lifting the "may issue" restriction. Give the New Jersey residents the chance to defend themselves and practice their Second amendment right.
