This petition would allow New Yorkers to purchase, and carry stun-guns/tasers for self defense. New York now has the Nations toughest gun laws, according to Governor Cuomo, and I find it important for people to have the right to defend themselves. It would work because of the strict conceal carry laws in NY, for those who are anti-gun to defend themselves, and for women to protect themselves against rapists.
