Allow no state to enact laws that would make it more restrictive to vote than it would be to purchase a firearm.

The right to vote is the most fundamental right of our democracy. The Second Amendment is also a constitutional right. However, many states have now enacted laws making it more difficult to vote than to buy a firearm. Therefore, no state should be allowed to enact laws that would make it more difficult to prove that an individual is eligible to vote than it would be to prove that the individual is legally able purchase and possess a firearm in the respective state. Each state shall maintain the same form of rolls and proof of eligibility to purchase and possess a firearm as is required of their citizens to vote in an election. If the right to vote can be legally “monitored” by the state, then so should the right to own a firearm.
