For working visa holder e.g H1B, E3 etc , every-time after we get our petition approved, and we want to travel outside of U.S, we will need to get a Visa stamp. but we can only get the Visa stamp outside of U.S. There will be a risk that we will get reject and won`t able to come back to U.S on time. Will be good if we can obtain visa stamp sticker before we travel.
