Allow non violent and non abusive felons to serve in the armed forces.

There are a lot of rehabilitated felons who would like to serve their country but cannot because they made mistakes in their past. Even though they have served their time, they are always considered felons and have no right to vote or have firearms. If a felon hasserved their time, they should be able to rejoin society and have the same civil liberties as anyone else. For obvious reasons I'm not talking about violent or abusive felons.
