So many people at a young age have made bad choices. Many states now allow people to get records expunged after 15/20 years of keeping a clean record. Currently the Federal Government offers no path for this. Some people have worked hard and become great parents and contribute to society. Please allow them to say I have a fresh start and not have something tied to them for life. There are lots Federal felony's that are not violent and weigh the same as violent ones and hold people back that have worked so hard in life after making a mistake.
