I think that anyone with a felony conviction should been given a second chance and in such would allow someone with a felony the chance to have it removed from the public if this is there first time and the crime was a non-violent crime. They would have to have NOTHING on record since the last conviction not even a minor offence. I do think that people should be given a second chance on life and this is the administration and time to do so.
