Ban the use of direct use of Drone Attacks on American, on American soil by the United State Government and it's military not excluding N.A.T.O This will protect Democracy and the Democratic process already enforced in this country by the means judiciary process. Enforce this ban of unnecessary force so that it never interferes with arrest and seizure procedures, upholding the civil liberties and rights of citizens participating in a democratic government.
