Allow NY State to secede from NYC and become its own entity

For too long NY state has suffered due to NYC. The costs of NYC should be that of the city itself and not the state as a whole. There is so much rural land in NY state filled with people that are impoverished or very close to it, and yet we are all paying for NYC and having to deal with laws that were put in place for NYC and dont really pertain to the rest of the state. NY state keeps slipping more and more into debt and employment rates plummit because of the increases incurred by the city. NY state would be much better off on their own with out NYC
