Allow for official motions of no confidence in elected or appointed officials or bodies of the Federal Government.

Created by J.R. on July 14, 2014

Whereas a guiding principle of American democratic government acknowledges official power to be derived from consent of the governed; and whereas responsibility for proper distribution of said power rests ultimately on individual citizens of the State; and whereas no current electoral process exists for removal of elected and appointed officials or government bodies who fail (in a non-criminal way) to execute their duties adequately as representatives of the citizens of the State; we, the undersigned, hereby petition the Government to implement a democratic process wherein citizens of the State may call for a motion of no confidence in individual elected or appointed officials within the Federal government.
