Allow Old Video Games, Servers, and Arcade Games to be preserved and allowed to be distributed without profit or gain

Created by J.M. on October 11, 2015

I am speaking for the preservation of Video, Computer and Arcade Games and their servers within the all the generations except the two latest generations we are in, in which if the data for these games is not preserved then it will spell out catastrophe for preserving the mediums.

I am also speaking against the Electronic Software Association in which they are against the preservation methods like Emulation claiming that they contribute to hacking and that all hacking is illegal.

I say that anything before the Current Two Generations of gaming should be preserved and allowed to be accessed and downloaded from the internet as long as they do not use the data for Profit or Gain, regardless where you are in the world. This will include arcade games that are from different regions.
