We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Allow one Congressional Vote for every 300,000 constituents.

Created by S.S. on November 24, 2016

The Apportionment Act of 1911 set the number for the United States House of Representatives at 435, providing 2 per state, with the remainder assigned to states based on population.

Demographics have changed greatly since 1911, and people in densely populated areas (who often pay more Federal Taxes) are not being fairly represented.

An example based on current population: Wyoming has 1 vote for every 293,054 constituents and California has 1 vote for every 711,724 constituents.

By assigning more votes and without increasing government size, 1 vote for 300,000 constituents would provide more populated states to be fairly represented in the House of Representatives and the Electoral College.

The number of votes should be adjusted every 10 years based on US Census findings.
