over 30 millions Americans with bad credit would pay a minimum of $1000 to erase bad marks on their credit at an average of a $100 per incident with an average of 10 incidents per credit file this will generate 30 billions dollars to help out with the economy , most of these bad credit marks will never be paid and will stay on the credit report, but this petition will allow Americans to pay some and get their good credit back as a one time bail out only, there will be no second chance, this way they will be more responsible and be able to apply for financing and economy will get a boost.
