Many people have been arrested and been given harsh sentences even though they are one time offenders, I believe these people should have the chance of getting their records expunged by attending College (Community or Private) and by finishing their Probation. This would help many offenders get back on their feet and help them become upholding citizens again. Too many people have lost everything because they did something bad one time. We believe this needs to change!
