Allow ONLY citizens of the U.S.A. to receive government benefits (welfare, food stamps, housing, schooling, etc.)

The United States is now 19 TRILLION DOLLARS in debt, with at least 100 TRILLION DOLLARS in unfounded liabilities. We cannot afford to fully take care of actual U.S. citizens. Until we can do this, and substantially reduce both our current debt AND the unfounded liabilities, it is insane to continue supporting those in the country illegally. It is likely that the illegal immigrant problem would be greatly improved if these benefits were stopped.
