It would benefit the current administration and the people if an election could be held allowing only licensed or certified members of the healthcare profession to vote on the components of the Affordable Care Act. Members of this profession know first-hand the complex issues facing patient populations today and would be able to make better decisions with regards to patient care. In addition, this healthcare bill was passed with very little medical consultation. The care of patients should not be decided by members of the government who have little, if any, medical experience.
