Allow only the people to vote for congressional pay raises, and give the people the power to vote for their pay cuts.

Congress shouldn't be allowed to vote for their own pay raises. If they can't work together and get a job done, why should they get a pay raise? Let the people decide if they deserve that pay raise. Also, the people should be allowed to vote for a congressional pay cut. Nothing extreme, but something to get their attention, like a 30% cut or so. To make this even more interesting, let the people decide if this petition should come to pass, as congress would undoubtedly not allow anything like this to pass.
