We have poured our hearts out crying over the young children suffered during the Syria crisis. We have poured our wallets out donating for the humanitarian cause. But looking at the pictures of refugees arriving we have yet to find a proportional percentage of women and children who could finally receive the benefits we have worked so hard to provide - most of the ones succeeded appeared to be single male between 20-45, instead of the devastating children and moms, why? The war should have left a large % of women and children as refugees!
Resources are limited and we need to give them to the ones most in need. We also need to make sure the ones we are trying to protect will not suffer from domestic violence after they settle. Prioritize children, women and non-violent dads 1st!
