American Law-Abiding Citizens should be free to open carry a firearm for self-defense nationwide, in and on any establishment or property not privately owned. The United States Government should promote and encourage The States and their Citizens to take full advantage of the Second Amendment. Teach rights and safety in schools; the lack of education and exposure to a Citizen's defense rights has led to a "fantasy culture" where weapons are desired by curiosity, instead of being understood and appreciated as tools. To a U.S. Citizen who passes current standard background checks, a firearm should be as accessible to their own person as a cellphone, wallet, or pocket knife.
