This petition would allow for the open carry of firearms in the state of Florida. State and National firearms laws such as:you cannot bring a firearm into a bank, post office, public venue must be clearly followed still. It provides quicker access if needed for defense. Other states allow for open carry, but would like to see the state of Florida to follow suit given that gun laws are similarly followed as such provided with a concealed weapons permit
