Give the DOL and OSHA the authority to investigate accidents/fatalities that occur in foreign countries that involve US companies that have outsourced labor for the garment industry.

Give the DOL and OSHA the authority to leavy fines to the US companies that demonstrate malfiscense and negligence.

US companies have a moral and legal responsibility to ensure the protection of international workers that manufacturer clothing provided to US citizens via retail outlets.

In the case of the 700 + deaths of foreign workers in Bangladesh demonstrates an extreme example of irresponsibility.
