Allow over-the-counter birth control pills

Allow women to purchase birth control pills over-the-counter instead of forcing them to have intrusive, unnecessary annual check-ups for these medications.
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists have officially recommended that the birth control pill be made available over-the-counter.
This would also ease the issue of mandatory birth control coverage by the Affordable Care Act in regards to religious beliefs of business owners.
