Allow parents to admit their children for a 45 day mental illness evaluation at their closest childrens hospital.

Parents of children who display mental health problems need an immediate place to bring their children so that child doesn't hurt himself or others. When children have violent outbreaks there is no where to bringyour child for help. You et brushed off and told in order for anything to be done the child needs to be arrested and a paper trail started. That is unacceptable. The hardest thing for a parent to do is to bring their child to emergancy rooms for help because they are violent and uncontrollable, and the impact on family members and siblings is extremly difficult. These parents need real help. Not their 8 yr old arrested, that isn't the answer. Real medical help from pediatric mental health doctors is needed. Make it a federal funded 45 day mental health evaluation mandate.
