Parents are not retiring because they cannot afford to be without health insurance under age 65. Once they reach 65 they can receive Medicare. Allowing adults 18-26 on their parents insurance for 8 years would be the same for parents who want to retire at 57-65. Allowing parents to retire also allows college student to find work on the front end. Young adults buy homes, cars, have children and keep schools open. Our workforce is becoming too top heavy in age. Lets give those who worked hard be able to retire and be insured by their direct descendants.
