Allow Parents with ALCOHOL/SUBSTANCE abuse problems to maintain custody of their kids if they are in treatment/therapy

President Barack Obama, sign a new BILL of RIGHTS Preventing Caseworkers from REMOVING CHILDREN out of their MIDDLE CLASS HOMES and away from their PARENTS and into FOSTER CARE with STRANGERS or FAMILY MEMBERS their not use too or do not know. . Allow the parent to maintain custody and participate in a Christian based Treatment Center or Private Substance Abuse Treatment Center and Protect the Parental Rights and the Childs Right to be with their Parent when the DEFACS case is based on a dirty drug screen and hearsay and not Child Abuse. DEFACS is abusing and is using cruel and unusual punishment and causing the child to have Separation Anxiety, Fear, and other Mental issues by removing the child and Placing them in Foster Care is abuse and cruel and corrupt for GOVT FUNDS/MONEY
