Allow parents to discipline their children without fear of having their kids removed from the household.

Children need to be spanked, disciplined and need the fear of a belt in the rear. How can a grown person allow their children to torment their lives simply because the child can call the cops? Or allow their kids to go to school act like animals and ruin it for other kids who want to learn. The way parents are afraid of their kids is unacceptable, any parent with children back then wouldn't take it. Education starts at home, let's start enforcing the values the old way.( also tablets and other unnecessary technology from the classroom, if a child can't learn without something without an iPad, what in God's green earth is the teacher for) thank you
