This petition is for majority of people who are working/staying here in US considering that it's a better place for their kids to grow up and in that course they are separated from their own parents b'coz there's no dependent visa category available for parents long term stay.
There should be a non-working dependent visa category for parents to stay here as a family instead of taking a decision whether to go for kids future or for parents care. In addition to that they should be allowed to buy some kinds of healthcare or insurance plans which gives better protection then a visitor insurance.
All in all this will benefit US economy as their will be less money going out of country and more spendings with insurance and other stuffs.
