Any pastor of any church or any religious official with the ability to marry a couple, deserves the right to marry or to refuse to marry a homosexual couple without legal action or punishment by anyone, including legal action taken by the homosexual couple. This right should be reserved to these people because their belief system may not support homosexual marriage. Legal punishment for refusing to marry a homosexual couple is infringement of the right to religious freedom to the pastor(s) refusing the marriage, and a violation of the first amendment of the constitution of the United States. this infringement needs to be fixed immediately.
