allow paying child support to be used as a tax deduction and place the support received be counted as income

Created by C.M. on November 18, 2012

A provision to allow child support to be deducted for income tax purposes for those who pay and allow the payments received to be counted as income as to correct the abuse of earned income credits collected from the government. The penalty of providing a financial stability for your children being imposed on non-custodial parents is unjust and to allow the manipulation of the government monies set aside to correct the act of poverty should be punishable under law.
