Allow peaceful secession for all who request it so the rest of us don't have to listen to them whine anymore.

Since there are so many individuals in such a large number of states that no longer wish to be a part of the union, we would like to petition the government to allow them to secede on the basis that we are, quite simply, sick of listening to them cry about it. It would be a great relief to the United States in terms of economic recovery, job availability and population control. A small patch of land in the desert or possibly the Alaskan tundra would be preferable. Venus would be an excellent option as well. Or Mercury. Or an Asteroid.
