Due to the consistent increase of federal government; the imposing of taxes and regulations on businesses and the people of Utah; and the encroaching on the rights stated in the Constitution and Declaration of Independence--just like our founding fathers viewed the rule of England over America--we see no reason to continue to allow rule by a government in Washington.
We petition for the right to found a government as we see fit and necessary for our future and our posterity. This new government will be built upon the the Constitution as written by Thomas Jefferson and edited by his peers, and will strictly follow the intentions of those great men who created our nation.
We will continue to uphold our "certain unalienable rights" as they have been gifted to us by our Creator.
