Allow for the Peaceful Secession of Virginia from the Union

In light of this federal government's failure to adhere to the principles of the Constitution, and its violations of such, it is the desire of the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia to peaceably withdraw Virginia from the Union and form a sovereign, independent government of Virginia until such a time as the present administration and Congress demonstrates a desire and firm commitment to governing within the constraints of the Constitution; to cease its policies that are hostile to business and domestic energy production; to end policies that force businesses, schools, and charities to violate their religious beliefs, to cease treating American citizens as potential terrorists, and that the federal government shall enforce our borders and immigration laws.
