Allow for the peaceful withdrawal of Minnesoa from the United States of America such that it becomes its own free nation

We ask that the federal government see to it that there is a peaceful seperation between Minnesota and the federal government. We are seeking Minnesota to be governed and run individual of the federal government, other states and according to the people's interest and best regard.
