Allow the Citizens of State of Kansas to withdraw from this Union as set forth in the Constitution due to the Federal Government failure to enforce its own laws and regulations. The current fiscal crisis which are robbing its citizens of its wealth and freedoms. The failure of this Government in allowing its Citizens to sue the Government without telling its Citizens they do not have standing. Rampant election and voter fraud. The Government's overburdensome and oppressive tax system. We therefore the Citizens of this Sovereign State request that we be allowed as set forth in the framework of the Constitution and by our Creator to withdraw from this Union.
