Allow Pennsylvaniapetitioning President Obama for peaceful secession from the United States of American. It's unclear whether these petitions are a nod to dissatisfaction that some conservatives think may soon match Civil War proportion, or merely an attempt to make an official statement of utter contempt for the current government.
