Allow Pennsylvania to split east to west using the Susquehanna River as a boundary.

Created by D.K. on November 12, 2012

The eastern of Pennsylvania does not have the same values as the rest of the state. This is not based on Blue or Red state politics but more on most of the state being rural farm land and mining. We need to seperate the state at the Susquehanna River.
My goal of this petition is to split the state so that the western half of Pennsylvania's voters can be heard in national elections and in the Senate/House.
Citizens of Philadelphia have no idea what it is like in the western part of PA, just like we have no idea about philadelphia. This is causing our politicians to vote unneccessary actions for the whole state instead of where it makes sense.
