Allow the people access to the technology WE are funding with OUR TAX DOLLARS through the BLACK BUDGET.

Last year alone around 51 million dollars was spent on black programs/shadow governments. We have technology RIGHT NOW that will get combustible engines off the streets and will allow us to get off of burning coal, oil, and gas which is destroying our ozone/planet. WE THE PEOPLE demand access to the technology that they choose to use for pure war and weapons purpose instead of making the the planet a better place. In roughly 60 years or less this planet will be uninhabitable. Where are the future children supposed to live? NOW is the time to stop this funding and bring the "secret" technology to the public for the use of a better tomorrow, TODAY. WE DEMAND TO TAKE THE POWER BACK FROM ALL THE CROOKS ON CAPITAL HILL.
