Under current law people who have been diagnosed with ADHD or ADD and have been treated with medication after the age of 14 can't serve in the armed force without all kinds of medical waivers. Many times they are instantly dismissed by recruiters. Lets make this harmless ailment which effects 10% of the current population no longer any type of disqualifier from a person serving there country.
