People ages 18-20 years old can not purchase handguns from a licensed dealer, however they can join the armed forces and be trained to use an m16 assault rifle; I personally find this a bit odd. I and anyone who signs this petition propose that people ages 18 and up, be permitted to legally purchase handguns from a licensed dealer.
