Allow all people within United States territory wishing to secede assemble together in a designated area to decide how to govern themselves, have no repercussions for government actions with foreign, economic, or militaristic affairs, retain all the same allies and status as anyone else in the United States, yet still be a part of the Union and take responsibility of all actions we do and in times of hardship or governing issues within the domain provided allow the United States the ability to govern for a short time, but relinquish all other major authorities or demands to allow us to develop how we feel necessary.
