Allow people with asthma to enlist in the United States Armed Forces.

To enlist in the United States Armed Forces one cannot have had an asthmatic episode after 13 years of age. Some people who have had asthma episodes after 13 may no longer suffer from these attacks, but still are not allowed to enlist. Also, simple treatment(example, one dose a day of Singulair) does not interfere in training, but is still not permitted upon enlisting. Some people may be interested in serving their country but because this treatable condition(to the point of never affecting again) cannot help serve. Enlistment can be a benefit for the enlisted and also the nation. This opportunity should not be taken away from interested volunteers.
