We the people of Big Blue Nation ("BBN") and United States demand a new music representative of the aforementioned BBN in Commonwealth Stadium in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We the people would like to elect Shannon The Dude ("The Dude"). The Dude may have the artistic freedom including, but not limited to, playing Conway Twitty's greatest hits, denying Freeze Frame, and judging booty shaking contests.
