allow people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence to retain their gun rights.

Created by J.H. on November 12, 2012

Someone who has been charged and convicted with any form of misdemeanor domestic violence has their 2nd Amendment gun rights taken away for life! First time offenders, at least, should be able to retain their gun rights. If someone made a criminal mistake one time in their life, than their should be no reason to take away one of the most important rights to citizens of the United States for that individuals ENTIRE life!
