Allow people to designate $5 of their tax to make an additional payment to pa foreign debt.

Similar to the designation of money for presidential campaigns I would like to see people have the ability to designate $5 of their tax money to payoff foreign. This would be an additional payment that would not reduced the scheduled payment on the debt. The effect of this not only is to reduce the debt but would also reduce the interest payments. I am going to make another petition to designate the first $5 of all individual returns and $10 of corporate returns to make additional debt payments. Key word will be debt limit
