Allow people of Earth to trade with Mars

We are the people of Earth would like to have access to interplanetary commerce. We would like to be able to trade with Mars.
Currently, there are only 2 objects on Mars that technically can accept payments. It’s Curiosity and Opportunity rovers. We’re asking NASA to create a way for people from Earth to send a donation to them for their long and hard work for humanity.
It is really easy to implement and won’t cost NASA any money. NASA just needs to create Bitcoin wallets for Curiosity and Opportunity and put private keys on Mars. Given that private key of wallet will be on Mars, it'll mean that any transaction between that wallet and another wallet will be the transaction between Mars and Earth.
