Allow the people to elect where thier tax dollars are spent online through a list of designations

Every paycheck I see at least half go to the federal government but thats where my engagement is cut off. I dont have the option to choose where the money that I worked hard for is spent. I would like more than my elected officials voice in where the money I worked hard for is spent as they dont effectively represent me. Give me a place to log in and elect where my tax dollars are spent. Provide a list of programs, descriptions and let me choose where to put the money. At the very least yearly, and give me the option to Opt out if I feel that the elected officials are appropriately designating where my tax dollars are being spent. By the people for the people right? Lets see this in action where it counts the most.
