Allow the people to have a direct say in any major decisions that cannot be decided by our elected officials.

When our elected officials have failed in coming together to make a decision, such as with the fiscal cliff; at that time we the people should have the final, deciding vote on the direction we would like our leaders to go. It is only right that if a major law is being passed and the congress, house or the executive branch cannot come to a agreement, then the 3 or 2 options should be passed down to those that put the elected officials in there position to make the descision for them, as this affects all U.S. Citizens.
